Patrick hardy

Patrick Hardy is the Lead Pastor of Generations Church, where he is dedicated to helping people discover their full redemptive potential in Christ. He is blessed to share life with his wife, Alyssa, and their two children, who bring joy and inspiration to his ministry. A graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, Patrick is currently pursuing a Master’s in Missional Multiplication at Olivet Nazarene University, further equipping him to serve the church with vision and purpose. Outside of ministry, Patrick enjoys cheering on Boston sports teams and spending time with his beloved bulldog, Brady.

Jake StreMmel

Jake’s vision for providing food to those in need became reality in late 2016 when Generations Food Pantry was formed as a “choice” pantry and opened in January 2017. Since that time, Jake has been integrally involved in the growth of the food pantry at Generations with grant administration, food ordering, fundraising, and capital improvement projects at the food pantry. At the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, the weekly distribution of food transitioned to a drive-thru service where it reached a peak of over 400 families or almost 1,500 individuals weekly. Jake holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and works as a transportation engineer in Cincinnati for a global consulting firm. A resident of Union, KY, he and his wife stay busy with raising three children.

Vice President

Brandon Westmark is an Assistant Vice President and actuary at a Cincinnati insurance company with over 20 years of experience in financial services, including risk management, financial reporting, contract negotiation, and reinsurance strategy leadership. He oversees cross-functional initiatives that require strong controls, clear communication, sound judgment, and careful financial stewardship.

He previously served on the board of Generations Church of the Nazarene for six years, including three years as Treasurer, and has many years of experience on church finance teams, including Covington First Church of the Nazarene. Brandon is a passionate follower of Jesus who values his family, church, and community, and he lives in Independence, Kentucky with his wife and two sons.

As a Northern Kentucky native, Rev. Dawn Cook has passionately served both the Church and the community for many years. Since 2006, she has served as Children’s Pastor, faithfully investing in the lives of children and families. In 2021, Dawn became the Executive Director of the G.R.O.W. Network, helping lead the nonprofit organization as it continues to expand its impact through its key initiatives of food, education, and recovery.

Dawn is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene and holds a Master’s degree in Management. She and her husband, Brian, live in Hebron, Kentucky. Together, they have raised three children and now enjoy the blessing of many grandchildren.

Patty has been a member of the Nazarene Church for over 50 years and currently serves in the GROW Network Food Pantry as well as the church nursery. She serves as the Secretary to the GROW Network Board of Directors and is a member of the Children’s Department Leadership Team.

Patty resides in Independence, KY with her husband Dennis. They have 3 married children and she enjoys being a stay at home Grandmother of 3. She is a passionate follower of Jesus Christ and loves her church family.

Dr. Carson Castleman serves as President of Mount Vernon Nazarene University, bringing years of experience in higher education leadership, advancement, and student success. A former MVNU staff member, he has also served at Nazarene Theological Seminary and Indiana Wesleyan University.

He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Administration from Capella University and has led the development and support of more than 12,000 students annually across undergraduate, graduate, and online programs.

Dr. Castleman and his wife, Dr. Angela Castleman, an MVNU alumna and longtime educator, are proud parents of two children.

Seth Fulk is a senior leader at AAA and a devoted husband and father of five in a blended family. A lifelong Cincinnati Reds fan, Seth brings the same enthusiasm and team spirit to every area of his life. He has a deep passion for helping and guiding people toward a future that reflects their highest potential—both in success and in faith.

Since joining Generations Church in November, Seth and his wife, Angi, have been actively involved in serving through the GROW Network. The experience has been deeply meaningful and continues to be a powerful catalyst in Seth’s personal faith journey.

Michelle Henderson serves on the GROW E-Board and is originally from Dayton, Ohio. She moved to Northern Kentucky for college and earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Northern Kentucky University. Michelle currently works as an Assessment Worker with Hamilton County Job and Family Services and has served as a caseworker for the past 2.5 years. She is passionate about serving others and is honored to be part of the impact the G.R.O.W. Network is making in the community.

Alicia Motomura is a Director of Operations in private equity with over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry. She began her career as an operator on the shop floor and advanced to executive leadership at a Tier One automotive supplier, leading initiatives in operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Alicia holds a Bachelor of Business from Thomas More University and lives in Union, Kentucky, with her husband, Andrew. Recently becoming empty nesters, they enjoy date nights, family vacations, and spending time with their two grandsons. She is active in her local church, mission work and has participated in multiple mission trips supporting communities in need.
